Hey there Ian, I have just finished your short course on TUT and SOM and wanted to tell you my thoughts on it. For such a short course it packs a lot of information in to it. I really enjoyed learning the history of these concepts and their origins.
When I first began my study around exercise and training (before I found KSI) we were taught about these concepts but like you have said many times, about alot of your theories and concepts, you believe the true intention has been lost due to certain people copying your work and not fully understanding it themselves. I feel as though I have a better understanding of what you mean when you say that now, especially around this topic.
I now feel very privileged to have learnt about the history from the originator himself, how you developed these concepts and how you found a way to convey your message to the athletes as simply as possible. There was definitely a lot of great talking points that you have now brought to my attention. I look forward to learning more as always.
Thank you very much!--Kayne Duggan, NZ
Hi Ian, This short course has been very insightful. I have gained a greater appreciation and understanding of the SOM & TUT concepts. Especially enjoyed reading about your considerations and thought process for each of the 3 digits in the SOM. Your attention to details and depth of thinking in your writings are always great learning points for me.
Once again thank you for the opportunity! Regards–Chong Yee, SNG
