Ian King
Mike Pimentel (1966-2018)
With dual qualifications in Athletic Training and physical preparation Mike had a long career (nearly 30 years) with Tufts University in Boston MA USA, where he was for many years the head of physical training. Mike was introduced to KSI in 1999 and has been involved in the coaching program ever since. Mike has a lifetime of experience in both training and rehabilitation. He owns and operates a training facility in Cape Cod USA, based on the KSI way.
Mitchell Kochonda
Mitchell started his coaching journey in the mid 1990s and was first exposed to KSI in the late 1990s. He joined the KSI coaching program in the early 2000s. During his long physical preparation coaching career Mitchell has modeled the KSI approach to training with great success in elite sport up to and including the Olympic level. Mitchell has successfully mastered the work/life we teach in the KSI coaching program. He is based on the Gold Coast, Qld Australia.
Jon Hazard
From a diverse competitive and recreational sporting background Jon Hazard started training people in 2000. In about 2010 Jon was introduced to Ian King and KSI. Jon’s specialty is helping people achieve their goals whether it be in rehab, sport or a physique competition while keeping them injury free. Jon is based out of California, USA.
Greg Hazard
From a lifetime of playing sport Greg turned his passion for play into a career from about 2000. In 2012 Greg commenced his KSI coaching journey. Through physical preparation and guidance in nutrition Greg has helped numerous athletes and other clients reach their individual goals. Greg is based out of Los Angeles, CA USA.
Tom Legath
With a background in competitive and recreational sports Tom has been a physical preparation coach since the early 2000s. Tom commenced his KSI coaching journey in 2012 and operates a facility in Pasadena, CA USA. In addition to training a wide range of athletes and other clients, Tom has a strong interest in training the young athlete.
Dave Cerpentier
From a diverse personal background in sports and passion for physical training, Dave became a student in the KSI coaching program in 2012. He runs his own training studio in Belgium (Europe) and is committed to helping people improve their performance in sports and in life.
Victor Chan
With a lifelong commitment to play and sport, and a current involved in martial arts, Victor is committed to the philosophy of playing at your best without injuries. His drive for excellence attracted him to KSI in 2011, and driven him to higher levels of the KSI Coaching program. Victor is based out of Singapore.
Rob Bennett
With a love of sport and strong interest in the training process, Rob Bennett started as a student in the KSI Coaching Program in 2012 and is focused on working at the development level of the multi-year athlete plan as well as general population clients. Rob is based out of London, UK.
Paula George
With a background in swimming and endurance sports, Paula has been a physical preparation coach since the early 2000s. She became a student in the KSI Coaching Program in 2019. Paula runs a facility in Kent, UK with her husband Jimmy George, and is committed to helping people optimize their health and performances.
Jimmy George
Jimmy has a background in endurance sports and developed a keen interest in discovering what is the best way to train when he took on his professional career as a coach. He became a student with KSI in early 2020 and runs a facility with his wife Paula George in Kent in the United Kingdom.
Don Cameron
Donald started as a state junior tennis player with some limiting technique and injuries, and so he wanted to pass on better technique for the next generation of players. After joining KSI in 2015 and learning of the dominance of physical training in sport, he now enjoys providing a broad range of athlete development across various sports. Based in Emerald, Queensland, Australia at the tennis club, karate dojo and home gym.
