Thanks for the wonderful book (GB1).  I am almost finished and putting together my workout now.  It’s exactly what I’ve been looking for.  So many books say “Do this, do that, or do the other”, but they don’t give you the tools to do it yourself.  I have a question – you have the package deal for GB1 and the GB DVD.  Since I bought GB1 already, is is possible to get GB2 and the GB DVD in the same package?  I hope so! – Tim
