Description

Following Ian’s release of his innovation he called ‘controlled drills’, the world followed, often using different names instead of the one Ian originally assigned – control drills.

However that is not the only way the imitation was diluted – the manner in which pre-training ‘activation’ work is being conducted post the release of Ian’s control drill concept in the late 1990s, is at best ineffective, and at worst – and in all too many cases – detrimental.

Ian introduced this concept to prevent and rehabilitate from injuries – NOT to cause them! Here’s your chance to get it right, to learn from the innovator themselves, the person who introduce the concept of pre-training ‘activation’ drills.

Ian uses and recommends control drills be performed prior to each and every workout – the lower body drills before the lower body workout, the upper body drills before the upper body workout. They can be performed in higher volume in rehab/muscle balance situations, and in lower volume for maintenance of muscle balance and to ‘switch’ the muscles on.

This is a concise volume of totally unique and rare information. It has taken Ian a decades to develop these techniques – but you can learn them in a fraction of that time because he has decided to share his unique teaching methods with you.
