Is it possible to correct rounded shoulders and after around 30 years of being that way? In theory using Ian King’s approach this should be possible and I will try it, but I’m not sure if there is the possibility of some irreversible skeletal changes after so much time? What is the best method of measuring progress of this goal? I thought of taking pictures from the side against a wall with a straight line on it and the measure the distance to the neck base, but this seems highly inaccurate. Any thoughts?
