These successful philosophies and methods are now available to you through this program! The Flexibility Training Series teaches you Ian’s unique approach to flexibility training. The level is basic to intermediate, aimed for the end user, new-comer to the industry or athlete. In fact, this program was designed to support a group of athletes traveling to the World Cup in their sport – so they could take ‘The Master’ with them! This program has benefited many people by guiding their flexibility training!
The program also includes a practical instruction of stretching exercises that can be performed individually and in pairs. Stretching exercises for the whole body are used, and the practical instruction is provided with a real training session approach, so you can perform your training session to the program, with Ian King as your coach!
