Loved the Awesome Abs book! As a 50+ year old trainee I can appreciate the prioritized focus on injury prevention. (Lower back!) Also loved the endless options of individualizing the sample program to everyone’s needs and level.–Dave, BEL
Awesome Abs – Another incredible product from KSI – definitely worth the investment. Head is still spinning from ALL your products so I MAY have to see a neurologist to ensure my brain was NOT overloaded from all your amazing material over the years 🙂 I believe that EVERYONE should have copies of this comprehensive resource, but it would probably take too much business away from ‘specialists’ that rely on having injured patients pay for their child’s college fund rather than getting them healthier and being more productive in society. As I understand it, KSI philosophy is injury prevention first and foremost. Ian has written extensively on this important topic of Abdominal Training for numerous online and print publications. This fantastic resource is a collection of his contributions over the years (decades) and this is definitely worth the small investment if one is truly interested in learning from one of the Masters in this area. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!’– George, CAN
The book looks great Ian! The pictures really add a lot. Worth a thousand words as they say! A great program/book overall. Really enjoying the ab workouts. My abs aren’t as conditioned as I’d like, so some of the exercises are very humbling. Particularly when you follow the corresponding SOM! Also, a great tool to aid learning with respect to program design, I think. Really looking forward to the future installments of the series.—Conor, IRE
