The aim of Ian King’s Guide to Knee Injuries DVD is to introduce you to Ian’s theories of knee injury rehabilitation and teach you his highly effective yet simple methods. These methods include self-application, as well as provide you with guidance in what you can or should expect from any physical therapy you are receiving. These methods go beyond training – you will be taught more advanced issues including advanced pre-training warm up protocols and specific knee warm up techniques.
This product is only available to KSI Coaches Level 2 Graduates and above who have previously ordered Ian King’s Guide to Injury Prevention Pack. We don’t want to be part of the questionable where ‘professionals’ exploit the injury epidemic before actually committing to injury prevention competence…How is the world going to solve the problem with the same conditions that created it? i.e. coaches that don’t know how to prevent but are marketing the solution to rehab?

And that’s just the tip of the iceberg in our efforts to prevent injuries during the last five decades. Because….
“‘I have a dream that every athlete has the opportunity to fulfil their potential in the absence of performance-limiting and career-threatening injuries.’ That is my dream, and I’ve spent the last 30-plus years helping many athletes achieve that.”- King, I., 2015, Strength Training and Injury Prevention. 2015 SWIS Conference 13-14 Nov 2015, Toronto ONT Canada
We want to be part of the solution, not part of the problem, and the growing number of PT (Personal Trainer) one day and PT (Physical Therapist) the next is not, in our opinion, solving the problem.
