Ben we have all worked in systems where we didn’t like or agree with what they do. You have three choicer – comply, seek to change the syatmes, ore move on and create your own business systems. You will make that decision. ian
amazing in seeing the works of how test and evaluate and then program then test again then complete the rest of the next phase of a program. this really truly shows that the program is not a copy and paste but really getting the athletes feedback and modifying the program, adjusting and going from there. thank you for sharing.
you are welcome. Only when the ‘guru’ seeking to control the industry has developed the ability to write individualized programs in real time will this skill be promoted in our ‘profession’. And i don’t see that happening any time soon…so till then, they keep publishing books using cut and paste from those who can…these are the ‘new rules’….):
When I first started studying Ian King, I saw all these videos on YouTube. Then I did not understand the message and essence. Now I understand every word.
